Shipping Process

Most every order placed by 3PM PST ships within 48 hours!

We ship all orders via UPS Ground, however you can choose other shipping options when checking out, including Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day shipping.

UPS is generally 100% on time. We say generally because anything can happen...storms, floods, fires! We truly apologize in advanced for any delays you experience.

If you absolutely need your order the next day you must contact us to ensure the availability of the items and get the tracking number. 866-55-BELLY

Returns and Exchanges

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of shipping to receive a refund to your credit card, after which you will receive a store credit.

Merchandise must be received back to our Portland, Oregon warehouse within 14 days, counting postal transit time from the date we ship it to you. Please note there are no exceptions to this 14 day rule.

If the merchandise is received back to our warehouse within 14 days from the shipping date of your order, unworn with original tags attached we will refund your card.

We will email you a Return Authorization Number.

Bella Bellies Maternity does not pay for return shipping fees.

Exchanges

Exchanges are treated as returns. To exchange your item for a different size or color please call or email us with your request. You will be charged for the new item when it ships out and you will receive a refund for the item you send back once we receive it.

We try to keep our website updated daily. However, sometimes we experience a greater than expected demand for an item. If the item is backordered we will contact you to let you know.

Bella Bellies Maternity is not responsible for damages that occur during care of item, such as dry cleaning or washing. Bella Bellies Maternity is not responsible for the fit of an item beyond the 14 day return policy.

Because we are a specialized online boutique please note that sale items may NOT be returned for an exchange or credit. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Undergarments (bras, panties, nursing tanks and bella bands), skin care and seasonal items such as holiday dresses, winter coats and bathing suits are FINAL SALES. Sorry, no exceptions.

Tracking an Order

Once you have completed an order we will e-mail you a link that will allow you to track the status of your order. Once you receive that link and your tracking number, you can go to UPS http://www.ups.com to track your order.
